Over the next two weeks we will be looking at preservatives and what effects these chemicals can have on your health.

- Find out what preservatives are and why are they so bad for you
- Investigate benzoates & watch an interview with Alexx Stuart
- Investigate Sulphites and watch an interview by Georgia Harding
- Focus on fussy eaters with Dr Brett Hill
- We look at how to handle a birthday party without totally freaking out
