Week 2 - Part 4 - Angry and Guilty?
Do you feel a little angry at the food industry? Do you feel a little guilty about what you've eaten, and what your kids have eaten in the past?

The thing is, we only know what we know, and what you should be saying is "I'm so glad I'm doing this course, my time is now!".
We can't change what's happened in the past, so no point dwelling on it. It's what you do now that matters, it's what you do in your next shop that matters, it's all those simple swaps that makes all the difference.
