Throughout this week we are going to look at how to get started. Where to start, what to do etc. We don’t want you to get too overwhelmed so we have broken this down into smaller little tasks for you.
- You will be asked to tell us your ‘why’
- You will learn about ‘direct’ and ‘indirect’ additives and why they can be so harmful
- You will start a food diary, if you haven't already
- You will watch interviews from amazing health & wellness experts
- We'll bust the truth about the healthy food star rating
